Payments or co-payments are expected at each visit. I accept cash or personal checks.
If you have an insurance deductible, payment will be expected in a timely manner after notification by your insurance company of your financial responsibilities.
Cancelations and Missed Sessions:
In order to protect your reserved appointment time and to be fair to patients on the waiting list, please notify me as soon as possible if you cannot attend your scheduled session.
If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you miss your session or notify me less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be responsible for the full fee of your missed appointment. Missed or cancelled appointment fees are not covered by health insurance and are a patient’s responsibility.
